- 20W fiber laser power: The world's first pulsating fiber optic infrared laser module with a wavelength of 1064 nm and optical power up to 20 W, using a well-switched (photoelectric switch) main oscillator and MOPA (High Power Fiber Amplifier) construction.
- Multi-material application: MR20 fiber laser module can be used on all common metals (copper, iron, aluminum, zinc, silver, etc.) and high speed plastic fine engraving and on black acrylic, leather, ceramics, etc. Rock engraving; the 1064nm infrared laser is ideal for deep engravings in the clean slate plane to achieve a relief effect.
- Metal cutting: 20W laser output power and an ultra-fine 0.03 x 0.06 tip allow the ATOMSTACK MR20 to easily cut 0.2mm thick aluminum business cards at one time and cut 0.5mm thick brass plates several times; simple focusing method with double red light, 30 seconds to easily achieve the best focus.
- Improved operation: the specially developed LightBurn control plate for MR20 synchronizes perfectly with LightBurn software, so users can easily adjust the laser performance and heart rate. Fiber optic conduction: Using fiber optic cable for energy transfer can greatly improve energy transfer efficiency and reduce energy loss.
- High adaptability: The ATOMSTACK MR20 laser with a wavelength of 1064 nm is very suitable for removing the rust layer on the surface of metals, and can quickly remove rust on the metal with laser. The ATOMSTACK MR20 module can be quickly installed and adapted to all Atomstack brand laser engraving machine frames. The working range can be extended to 850 x 400 mm or 850 x 800 mm.

Shipping Loss or Damage
If an order you received has been damaged or lost in transit, please contact us immediately. We will deal with it as quickly as possible and do our best to resolve any issues. Please note that we may require you to provide some relevant documents and information when processing a claim.
International Transport

Cancel order
If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as early as possible before we start processing your order. If your order has already been processed, we may not be able to cancel the order.
Items must be sent back within 30 days of the delivery date.
Items must be unworn, and have original tags attached.
We are not liable for any return packages that may become lost or stolen in-transit.
Please keep your proof of postage and/or return tracking number when shipping back your returns.
Returns are processed within 5-7 business days after your item(s) are delivered to us.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect items must be reported within 7 days of delivery.
30 Days Return, One Year Warranty
Customers can contact us within 30 days of receiving the item. If you have received a defective or damaged item, the wrong size or the wrong product, please contact us immediately .
How to Reach Us
Contact us and describe the issue in detail, including the return reason, along with your order number and SKU product number. For defective, incorrect or not as described item, please send us a clear picture or video of the problem.
Our Solutions:
1. Atomstack's Responsibility:
If our company is responsible for the issue, we will allow a return to our warehouse for a refund or an exchange.
Once we receive the item, we will refund in full the original product price and its shipping or resend for free a replacement at our expense. This solution is only when Atomstackshop.com is responsible for shipping the wrong item.
2. Customer's responsibilit
Incorrect Order(size of item) or Unwanted Item
If the customer want to return the items as his/her own reason, we can also allow a return. In this case, the customer will be responsible for these two parts:
The shipping fee both ways (to and from our warehouse)
4.4% of order total value. (Paypal transaction fee)
5% of the order total value. (labor commission and service charge)
The customer need to provide shipping tracking number and payment proof to us, we will arrange the refund as soon as we receive these.

If you are dissatisfied with your order, please contact us within 30 days of receiving the product to request a return. Our Customer Service team will provide you with an RMA form and our return address. All return shipping fees are at customers' own expense.
Additional notes about Warranty
All returns must first be approved by our customer service team; if approved, you will be provided with an RMA form. Returned items without RMA form will not be accepted.
All returned items must be in brand new condition, unused, unworn, come with all original tags and their original packaging.
If the customer requests a refund, we will refund the original product cost upon receiving the returned item. All shipping fees to return the item, and the original shipping fees, are non-refundable.
We do not accept returns on discounted items, unless a customer received a wrong item or the item was faulty.
