- 24 W high power and high speed: ATOMSTACK A24 Pro uses the most stable 24 W high-performance laser module. It features a fixed focus design for fast and precise focusing in 10 seconds. The maximum engraving speed of the ATOMSTACK A24 Pro is 600 mm/s, which is 3-6 times as fast as conventional frame machines.
- Blue light laser beam compression technology: ATOMSTACK A24 Pro laser uses second generation laser beam compression technology to further compress the laser beam and significantly improve cutting ability. Compared to machines of the same category, the cutting ability is increased by 40%. The ultra-fine laser focus range has been reduced to 0.06 x 0.06 mm.
- Robust structure, plug and play: the frame of the ATOMSTACK A24 Pro is made of aluminium alloy. The lower frame of the A24 Pro is integrally formed, and the X axis uses a dual axis guide rail structure to ensure minimal work shaking and ensure that the machine does not vibrate when operating at a high speed of 36,000 mm/min.
- Tank chain design and non-clogging laser module: the A24 Pro uses a tank chain cable bundle solution to ensure smooth operation of the wiring harness without tangling. The new A24 laser comes with a tool-free focus module and an integrated air support system that eliminates cable interference for a sleek and minimalist design.
- Equipped with B3 laser housing: The entire body of the ATOMSTACK B3 is made of acrylic, allows you to observe the working status of the machine and protect it from strong light. The built-in camera and LED lighting at the top allow precise positioning and machine control.

Shipping Loss or Damage
If an order you received has been damaged or lost in transit, please contact us immediately. We will deal with it as quickly as possible and do our best to resolve any issues. Please note that we may require you to provide some relevant documents and information when processing a claim.
International Transport
International shipping may require additional time and fees. Note that you may be required to pay customs duties and other import taxes. These charges are your responsibility and we recommend that you consult with the relevant department to understand these charges before placing an order.
Cancel order
If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as early as possible before we start processing your order. If your order has already been processed, we may not be able to cancel the order.
Items must be sent back within 30 days of the delivery date.
Items must be unworn, and have original tags attached.
We are not liable for any return packages that may become lost or stolen in-transit.
Please keep your proof of postage and/or return tracking number when shipping back your returns.
Returns are processed within 5-7 business days after your item(s) are delivered to us.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect items must be reported within 7 days of delivery.
30 Days Return, One Year Warranty
Customers can contact us within 30 days of receiving the item. If you have received a defective or damaged item, the wrong size or the wrong product, please contact us immediately .
How to Reach Us
Contact us and describe the issue in detail, including the return reason, along with your order number and SKU product number. For defective, incorrect or not as described item, please send us a clear picture or video of the problem.
Our Solutions:
1. Atomstack's Responsibility:
If our company is responsible for the issue, we will allow a return to our warehouse for a refund or an exchange.
Once we receive the item, we will refund in full the original product price and its shipping or resend for free a replacement at our expense. This solution is only when Atomstackshop.com is responsible for shipping the wrong item.
2. Customer's responsibilit
Incorrect Order(size of item) or Unwanted Item
If the customer want to return the items as his/her own reason, we can also allow a return. In this case, the customer will be responsible for these two parts:
The shipping fee both ways (to and from our warehouse)
4.4% of order total value. (Paypal transaction fee)
5% of the order total value. (labor commission and service charge)
The customer need to provide shipping tracking number and payment proof to us, we will arrange the refund as soon as we receive these.

If you are dissatisfied with your order, please contact us within 30 days of receiving the product to request a return. Our Customer Service team will provide you with an RMA form and our return address. All return shipping fees are at customers' own expense.
Additional notes about Warranty
All returns must first be approved by our customer service team; if approved, you will be provided with an RMA form. Returned items without RMA form will not be accepted.
All returned items must be in brand new condition, unused, unworn, come with all original tags and their original packaging.
If the customer requests a refund, we will refund the original product cost upon receiving the returned item. All shipping fees to return the item, and the original shipping fees, are non-refundable.
We do not accept returns on discounted items, unless a customer received a wrong item or the item was faulty.
